My dissertation research broadly examines the political economy of cotton production in West Africa. Specifically I explore the development implications of liberalization and GE cotton reforms in Burkina Faso’s cotton sector. My research interests also include agricultural non-point source pollution policy on California’s Central Coast, and the politics of consumption in the United States. |
