| Research Focus | |
|
My dissertation research focused on understanding the effects of habitat fragmentation and microclimate variation on the ecological mechanisms that maintain plant diversity in tropical forests. My overall goal was to understand how human impacts disrupt ecological processes and to use that scientific knowledge to inform conservation policy and the design of effective management actions. |
