  • Fall 2025: Hosting 1-2 interns enrolling in ENVS 83 or 84
  • Winter 2026: Hosting 1-2 interns enrolling in ENVS 83 or 84
  • Spring 2026: Hosting 1-2 interns enrolling in ENVS 83 or 84
  • Summer 2026: Hosting 1-2 interns enrolling in ENVS 84

Agency Description: 

Samuel Louis Wines is a small winery producing low intervention wines from organically farmed mountain vineyards of the Monterey Bay

Intern Responsibilities: 

Intern will help in all basic facets of winemaking – sanitation, labeling, waxing, fermentation management, grape sampling. There will also be some wine tasting for those of legal age.

Other Requirements:

Must be able to – lift 50 lbs, stand on feet for long periods of time, get wet and dirty

Intern Shifts:

Shifts are flexible around student’s schedule Monday – Friday for Summer Session 2 2025 and Monday-Saturday for Fall Quarter 2025. General hours are 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm, or split into 3-hour increments if desired
